Founded by experienced engineers in 1988, EC Computers Ltd has grown into a total support company providing IT help and tech support. We now provide PC & Network Support service and sales to a broad range of clients in both the public and private sectors. Areas covered include Gloucester, Bristol, Bath, Cardiff, Newport, Cheltenham, Taunton and Weston-Super-Mare. We pride ourselves in being more than just another IT Services company. We are honest and give excellent service with quick response times for all technical support emergencies especially when a business is unable to operate due to a problem with their computer systems. We deliver IT support to Small and Medium size businesses, from companies and individuals with just one or two Laptops or desktops right through to those with multiple File Servers and dozens of PC's. No Customer is ever too small or too big to benefit from the knowledge of our experienced engineers offering you support in IT. We work in partnership with both clients and suppliers and our good business practices have ensured that a large percentage of our growth has come from referrals. In 2002 my wife and I successfully became 100% shareholders and during the last few years I have been transgressing from a Technical Director to a Managing Director with all the business baggage that goes with it. Thankfully I took over a great team who have the same work ethics as us, plus I have developed a very supportive business team. Each day brings new challenges and new goals to acheive and I'm pleased to see that every week we contiunue to succeed very well. As I write this we will are approaching our 25th anniversary and it is gratifying that two clients have remained with us from the start and over 50% of our regular clients have been with us for 15 years or more - we must be doing IT Services right. Even after 25 years the reason that I continue to sell and support IT to our clients is still the same today as it was at the start. The focus remains on making our client's business better, to help them provide a better service to their clients and ultimately have better rewards financially and lifestyle wise, it is rewarding to feel trusted and reduce a clients stress.
