How they work
IT Support Credits are discounted, prepaid blocks of an IT professionals time. You choose how many credits to buy and how to use them. You can use them to compliment a "hardware only" support agreement or... to provide company-wide IT support. You may decide that regular weekly or monthly visits suit you best (perhaps to coincide with payroll runs) or... you may decide a flexible, ad-hoc arrangement is more appropriate or... you may prefer to hold onto your IT Support Credits until you really need them - you are free to choose. You can make "balance" enquiries as often as you like and add more credits at any time. Better yet, while you're in "credit" you'll have unlimited access by phone to our support team and the satisfaction of knowing that your problems take priority over other "non-credit" customers

Can I keep track of my credits? 
Regular statements can be issued on request so you will always know how many credits you have

Use the examples below to calculate your costs, remembering you can ‘top them up’ at any time

     Initial Call with resolution within 10 mins FREE
     Additional time  = ¼ Credit per ¼ hour
