On-site Repairs
Engineers come to you. Use this repair service when removing the equipment to our workshop would be either inconvenient or impractical. Ideal for server failures and general network faults this service is also suitable for the repair and routine maintenance of large heavily used printers. An eight working hour response can be expected but priority is always given to clients with support agreements or IT Credits.

Terms & Payment We operate a "no fix - no fee" policy, however the appropriate minimum charge (plus collection charges if applicable) will apply to all repairs that we can successfully complete but are considered beyond economical repair by the customer. Completed repairs carry a 90 day labour warranty. Payment becomes due on the conclusion of all repair requests. We accept most recognized payment methods including Debit and Credit cards. Discounts and 30 day credit accounts are available to regular business customers. All charges are subject to VAT.
